Alpha Industries' MA-1 Jacket has become an iconic silhouette of the brand and a canvas for collaborations. After Lee and Resident Advisor provided their respective versions of this jacket earlier this year, COMME des GARÇONS (CDG) is the latest to bring their unique design to the brand's signature.
COMME des GARÇONS and Alpha Industries have teamed up to introduce what they call the "MA-1 WEP Reversible Jacket." This jacket is completely black and, as the name suggests, reversible, taking inspiration from the WEP jacket worn by the US Navy in the 1970s.
There are typical functional pockets on the outside and inside, cuffed sleeves, button closure at the neck, and a zipper in the middle. Branded details can be seen in sleek all-white lettering, and CDG logos are imprinted on the back of the silhouette.
There is also an Alpha Industries tag attached to the back of the neck.
