Porsche has once again expanded their Taycan lineup with the reintroduction of the Taycan GTS and GTS Sport Turismo, offering enhanced performance, design, and a higher range. The GTS series, known for its sporty design and positioned between the Taycan 4S and Taycan Turbo, returns as a powerful all-rounder in both sedan and Sport Turismo styles.
The new Taycan GTS offers up to 515 kW (690 hp) of overboost power with Launch Control, which is 75 kW higher than the previous model. It also features a push-to-pass function within the Sport Chrono package, providing an additional boost of up to 70 kW, further accelerating the vehicle. The GTS sports sedan and GTS Sport Turismo can now reach 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds, 0.4 seconds faster than the previous models, and have a top range of up to 390 miles.
Both models feature a distinctive design, with Black and Anthracite Grey details and an aggressive front and rear bumper. Inside, Porsche has incorporated materials from the Taycan Turbo GT, offering Race-Tex upholstery and Adaptive Sports Seats Plus. The upgraded rear-axle motor, enhanced thermal management, and the new Porsche Active Ride suspension are designed to improve both handling and comfort. With these updates, the GTS models continue to showcase Porsche's Gran Turismo Sport legacy, adding new energy to the Taycan lineup.
The price for the new models starts at approximately $103,000 USD to $150,000 USD, with additional information available on Porsche's official website.
