To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Lange 1, A. Lange & Söhne has expanded its core series with four new limited edition models. These include two Lange 1 and a pair of Little Lange 1 models, offered in two different colors and designs: platinum with a black onyx dial and pink gold with a blue dial, both with alligator leather straps in matching colors.
The Lange 1 models have a diameter of 38.5mm, are adorned with two subdials, an oversized date and a power reserve indicator. When fully wound, the watch is capable of running continuously for 72 hours, powered by the L121.1 Manufacture caliber that operates at a high frequency of 21,600 semi-oscillations per hour.
The same dial layout is proportionally shifted to a smaller size for
Little Lange 1, with a diameter of 36.8mm. Like its larger version, the model uses the manual-winding L121.1 in-house movement, which can be seen through the open sapphire caseback.
