In celebration of the 40th anniversary of their Marco Polo model, Mercedes-Benz has introduced two new special edition models in Germany: the V-Class Marco Polo Edition Classic and the V-Class Marco Polo Edition AMG Line.
Launched in 1984 on the T1 platform, the Marco Polo has been Mercedes-Benz's versatile campervan for four decades, combining everyday functionality and luxury travel. The 2024 Marco Polo editions come with different engine options and premium features. The V-Class Marco Polo Edition Classic has a pop-up roof with front opening, Easy-Pack package that includes electric sliding doors and tailgate, and Premium Package with ambient lighting and flexible navigation using touch or voice control.
Whereas the V-Class Marco Polo Edition AMG Line brings a heightened experience through the AMG Line exterior, which features a Star-Pattern grille, LED light band, and sporty bumpers. It also includes the Night Package, which provides black exterior accents and various metallic paint options such as Kalahari Gold and Obsidian Black. A Premium Package Plus with Jehnert sound system and 360 camera is also included as standard.
Both editions are now available for order in select locations, starting at $77,600 USD for the Classic and over $85,000 USD for the AMG Line.
