AMAKUNI, a model brand owned by Japan's HobbyJapan Company, announced their latest product in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the "Yu-Gi-Oh Card Game" card game series. The new product is part of the "Yu-Gi-Oh Card Game Monster Figure Collection," and it is the "Gray Flow Rei" 1/7 scale model. Its reference sales price is 19,800 yen (PHP 7,750) and is expected to be released from June to July 2025.
The level 3 coordination monster card "Gray Flow Rei" is one of the most powerful universal hand traps. It can negate the opponent's magic, traps, and monster effects, and can block the strategic development of almost all types of cards. In the current environment, this is a card that has a very high probability of being used; the image of the card comes from the Japanese fairy tale "Grandpa Flowers," which players consider to be the spirit of a white puppy.
The 1/7 scale model of "Gray Flow Rei" is about 23 cm tall. Based on the drawing of the card, the cute Gray Flow is presented in a three-dimensional way! The thin kimono is depicted, and the white legs appear more slender in contrast to the flowing hem, creating a dynamic posture that seems to dance behind the cherry blossoms; the small hands hidden in the sleeves reveal details that are not enough. The cute and fluffy ears and tail, along with the sassy tongue-out expression, give off an innocent and charming aura, showing universal beauty.
