Scottish actor and Succession star Brian Cox is known for his hot-tempered characters, and today he plays the "world's scariest boss" for ASICS' campaign for World Mental Health Day. In the 1-minute clip, Cox can be seen sitting at his creepy wooden desk, revealing new data that can undermine your mental health at work.
ASICS' Public Service Announcement features him in an educational way, while discussing the negative effects of sitting for more than two hours straight. The cool boss tells us to get up and move, showing off his style in a formal blazer teamed with pleated shorts and ASICS runners.
ASICS conducted a global State of Mind study for World Mental Health Day, which assessed 26,000 participants and their connection to work environments. ASICS discovered that our mental health begins to decline after just two hours, while stress levels increase by 18%. The performance label aims to promote daily movement, revealing that 15 minutes of movement can improve mental health and productivity by 22.5%.
